Tell us a little about your background and what you do?

I am a healer, empowerment mentor, and life & soul guidance coach. I am also the channel of the Draco Dragon Healing Symbols System™ and have created various empowerment initiatives for women and youth, including The Empowerment School platform. Additionally, I run women’s retreats and provide wellbeing programs for schools and organizations. I have been fortunate to receive multiple local and global awards for my work.

With nearly 30 years in the field of healing and empowerment, my journey has been marked by pain, suffering, and trauma. It was through these challenges that I was initiated on my path of self-discovery and spirituality, leading also to the further opening and development of my healing gifts and the activation of the Draco dragon Healing Symbols System™— a unique healing modality that I have brought into the world.

I feel very honoured to have clients around the world and to share this work to assist humanity.

What are some of the challenging times that you have successfully navigated?

I have always been a highly intuitive and sensitive empath, which was very challenging during my childhood. I often felt misunderstood and lived in a state of fear, grappling with self-hatred and low self-esteem. My parents faced various health issues, and my way of coping with the trauma growing up was to suppress my feelings, as I found it difficult to express them. By turning my pain inward, I attempted to control my life through food, which led to an eating disorder. Later, I developed alcohol dependency to numb the pain and cope with the stress. This all worsened after the early death of both my parents in my 20s.

I struggled with depression and anxiety, reaching a point where I didn’t care to live anymore. All of this culminated in a Dark Night of the Soul, a very intense period when I deeply questioned who I was, my identity, and the meaning of life, and had to face my deeper pain. But it was at rock bottom that I discovered healing and meditation, which were pivotal in my journey toward empowerment and spirituality. I also spontaneously started to channel healing energies, activating my natural healing gifts. My challenges – and the overcoming of them – also validates this work, since what I share is based on real experiences, and is therefore authentic.

How do you find meaning in your daily life, and what effect does it have on you?

I find meaning through being my True Self, through connecting to Source within me, and living my purpose— by sharing what I know, creating innovative healing methods and unique programs, and guiding others to healing and empowerment. It brings me great joy and fulfilment to know that I am in service to a Higher Plan, contributing to humanity and helping elevate global consciousness. I

I also find meaning in witnessing the simple things in life: feeling at one with nature, enjoying the beauty of a sunset, and spending time with the people I love. Witnessing the transformations of my clients gives me hope that we are progressing in the right direction as human beings and souls living in this lifetime, especially during this pivotal moment in our soul evolution on the planet.

What is the one mindset shift that you have worked on and how did you achieve it?

I have worked on cultivating self-belief and the knowing that I CAN do what I believe I can do. This has required shifting limiting or disempowering thoughts, understanding what self-doubt has shown me, and clearing the energy around it. I also explored and addressed trauma patterns developed early in my life and healed my inner child. I reminded myself of the quote: “She believed she could, and she did.” When you truly think and believe you can achieve your goals, and shift your vibrational frequency to match them, you will.

Practicing gratitude helps me remember how fortunate I am to be here, sharing this work with the world, knowing others benefit from it. Finally, I see every challenge as an opportunity to grow, heal, and evolve. When faced with a challenge, I ask myself, “What am I learning here?” With understanding, I can embrace that learning and take the steps needed to move forward.

What advice would you offer women who are looking to live their life meaningfully?

Don’t give up. When times feel bleak and you feel worn down, remember that you can LIFT YOURSELF UP. You always have the power of choice, and knowing you have that choice is the turning point for your empowerment and self-mastery. Reclaim control of your life—you are the one in charge.

Prioritize inner self-connection and self-discovery. Find your true passion and joy, and follow that path. Have the courage to take risks and try new things. Don’t be afraid to ask for help—it is not a failing. Seek the help of those who inspire you—those who have walked a similar path and carved the way.

Together, we rise higher.
